Classes and Workshops

Take a class from the comfort of your own home! Once registered, you will be given a teleconference phone number and access code, allowing you to connect to your teacher and class. Class will proceed like a normal one: you will be able to hear your classmates and participate in discussions. Now you can join the fun and make changes in your life without ever having to leave your home! Classes will be recorded, so if you miss a class, we can send it to you on CD for an additional $5. Please keep in mind that times listed are in the Mountain Time Zone, so adjust for your time zone.
