How to Be You In Your Relationships
In love and in life, we often find ourselves pulled into others’ needs or expectations and lose a sense of ourselves. Then, we usually get angry at them, when it is really our own self that we need to turn to and find our peace and passion. Create a new blueprint and use your energy skills to see why you do this and then release these unconscious patterns. Have more confidence and joy in your relationships. Spend less time blaming others for your unhappiness, or waiting for someone to change. Then, how do you want to feel? Use the extra energy you have to pursue your dreams and improve your self care. Create more room to be you, no matter who is around.
